At our Alabama inn, Hillcrest Manor Bed and Breakfast, we wish to make your Montgomery lodging accommodations as enjoyable as possible. Considerable time and preparation are dedicated to planning and preparing for your visit, and we work hard to ensure that every detail has been addressed and that our standards remain high. To ensure that you and our other guests have a delightful stay and that your travel plans flow smoothly, we adhere to the following policies:

To guarantee a room, a deposit equaling one night’s rate plus applicable tax is required at the time the reservation is made. Major credit cards are welcomed. Balance is due and payable upon arrival to Hillcrest Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn. No refunds.

A $20 cancellation fee is applied for any cancellation and for each room canceled. If the cancellation request is received 48 hours or less prior to scheduled arrival, full payment for the entire reservation will be the responsibility of the person booking.

Holidays or Special Event Weekends are subject to specific guidelines and rates.

Our rooms are considered Double Occupancy. Prior approval must be given for any additional guests and an additional charge will be accessed. Please ask for specific rates.

Check in after 3:00 p.m. Please let us know if you will be checking in after 6:00 p.m. Check out by 11:00 a.m. (If weddings are taking place on Saturday, check out is at 9:00 a.m.)

There is a $25 charge for each key not returned at checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children or pets.

Hillcrest Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn is a non-smoking facility.
